The Baguette buffet.

This simple buffet is based on a minimum of 100 guests attending. It can be scaled down for smaller numbers if required. It is served from a buffet table and is self-service.

The guest is provided with a plate and a baguette and proceeds along the buffet table filling his or her roll with what ever takes their fancy.

It is a strictly fill a roll only buffet, knives and forks are not provided as it is not intended that this is a full main course. The general idea is that you can provide your party guests with simple appetising foods at a reasonable price.
