 All the Cole slaws are freshly made in our own kitchen using the finest ingredients. We supply at least 6 varieties to each function. They vary according to market availability and they include the following: - sweet corn & bell peppers, carrot with fruit & nut, American, bean sprouts & oriental vegetables, mushroom vinaigrette, apple with celery & pineapple, harlequin rice, tomato & basil, and many others.
